Three-minute quick breakfast - soft pancakes with chopped green onion and eggs

As a northerner, I love eating all kinds of cakes the most! This cake is super simple and only takes three minutes to start a beautiful and energetic day!

Open the eggs, peel and wash the green onions

Chop green onions into pieces

Add the chopped green onions into the eggs, add an appropriate amount of water and flour and mix well

Add appropriate amount of salt and peppercorns, stir well

Heat the pan, apply a layer of oil with a brush after it is hot, and pour in the flour and egg paste made in the previous step (I am afraid of gaining weight, so I put less oil, a little more oil will make it taste better!)

When the front side is solidified (about a minute), turn it over and fry for about 10 seconds, and it's OK! (My skill in holding the pot and turning it over is getting better and better now! I can do it in one go! Haha)
