Late Night Sandwich

Late Night Sandwich

Overview

In the first season of Late Night Diner, a customer asked the boss to make an egg sandwich with a bag of toast. Although the sandwich is simple, how are the eggs processed? How is the sandwich cut? What seasonings should be added? Some parts of the play pass by in a flash, some are not introduced in detail, and some viewers who want to do it don’t know how to start. Today I will share with you my method of knowing how to do it at a glance. This is a delicacy that can be served as breakfast, afternoon tea, or as a student lunch box.

  1. Slice the hard-boiled eggs first, then cut them into shreds and dices; cut half a cucumber into dices like the eggs. Adding the cucumber to the eggs is my own idea. It not only adds vegetable nutrition, but also adds crunchiness to the filling, and enriches the color of the sandwich.

  2. The seasonings used in the play are salt and black pepper. I combined them into one and used salt and pepper. The amount of salad dressing is controlled by yourself, it is better to use more than less.

  3. Take a piece of toast and smear it with a thick layer of egg and cucumber salad dressing. You can control the thickness yourself. If it is too thick, it will be inconvenient to cut, and if it is too thin, it will not be satisfying to eat as a sandwich filling.

  4. Use a sharp knife to cut off the crust from all sides of the bread. Two isosceles triangles and two right-angled triangle sandwiches will be formed. Place them on plates respectively.
