Fried eggs with onions

After the onions and lotus flowers were put on the plate, I fried onions and eggs in the evening.

Cut onions into cubes.

Beat two eggs with a little salt.

Heat the oil in the pan and pour in the egg liquid.

Use chopsticks or rice dumplings to scoop up the food.

Leave the oil in the pan, add chopped onions and stir-fry.

Pour in eggs.

Add salt and stir-fry evenly.

Add a little water and add a little light soy sauce before serving.
