Chicken Burrito

My son loves KFC's old Beijing chicken rolls, but he is very worried about the current food safety, so he just makes his own.

  1. Add a little salt and sugar to the flour according to personal taste. I added a small spoonful of wheat germ, you don’t have to add it if you don’t have it.

  2. Add water and mix into a paste.

  3. The chicken thighs have been marinated the night before.

  4. First fry the chicken in a pan.

  5. After the other side of the pan is preheated, pour the batter into it and use a scraper to smooth it out.

  6. Fry until the batter is solid, then beat in the eggs. The eggs I have are very small, so I only used two.

  7. Use a scraper to smooth the eggs as well.

  8. Fry until the eggs are set, then flip and fry.

  9. Squeeze on the salad dressing and tomato sauce, and brush evenly with a brush.

  10. Sprinkle with mustard diced and chive diced.

  11. Add the fried chicken thighs. If there is lettuce, add two slices.

  12. Roll up.

  13. Fold and roll up both sides as well. No filling will leak.

  14. Use the remaining heat of the pan to fry again.

  15. Plate and eat.

  16. Served with a cup of carrot, chestnut and millet paste, it is nutritious and delicious.
