Overview
Orange is one of my favorite fruits. It is rich in vitamin C, which can enhance the body’s resistance. In short, it has many functions. It has a strong fragrance when added to cake rolls

Prepare materials
-
Wash the oranges, cut them in half, and then cut them into 8 slices. Put the orange slices into a pot with water, heat, and cook until the orange peel becomes white and transparent. Pick up the orange slices and dry them
-
After drying, place on a baking sheet, bake in oven at 150 degrees for 3 minutes, take out and set aside
-
Squeeze out 50 grams of orange juice from the remaining oranges and set aside
-
Mix orange juice + sugar + salad oil with egg beaters and stir evenly
-
Add low-gluten flour and mix well
-
Add egg yolk and mix well
-
Add sugar and lemon juice to the egg whites and beat with an electric egg beater until wet peaks form. Lift the egg beater and you can pull out the sharp corners
-
Mix half of the meringue with the batter and mix evenly with a spatula
-
Then add the mixed batter to the other half of the meringue and mix evenly
-
Pour the mixed batter into the baking pan with the orange slices arranged, and use a rubber spatula to smooth the surface
-
Bake in the preheated oven (the second to last layer, as shown in the picture), with the upper heat at 150 degrees and the lower heat at 120 degrees, and bake for 35 minutes
-
After the cake roll is baked, turn it upside down and let it cool. Then spread a layer of cream or jam on the cake
-
Roll up the cake and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour to set
-
Slice after setting
