Special yellow noodles
Overview
I learned how to make this recipe from a little chef from Northeast China. This child is the child of my father-in-law’s friend. He was a cutter in his hometown. He came to Beijing and had no job. My father-in-law said that he should come to our store to cook for the employees. It turned out that this child was not very good at cooking. He ended up cooking delicious yellow noodles, which was amazing.
