  1. Wash the potatoes, put them into a pot, add half of the water to the potatoes, add 1 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil over high heat

  2. Punch the potatoes with chopsticks until the center can be easily passed through (the water used to boil the potatoes has just dried up, so the potatoes cooked in this way are very fragrant)

  3. Break the corn into kernels and dice the carrots and set aside

  4. Blanch the corn and carrots in a pot of boiling water for 1 and a half minutes, remove and rinse with cold water to maintain good color and taste.
