Overview
Using the simplest ingredients, eggs/flour/sugar/oil, you can make delicious donuts in about 20 minutes. Since Xuechu's flower-shaped non-stick donut mold has a suitable depth and ideal non-stick effect, there is no need to add baking powder or other fluffing agents, just beat the whole eggs. It has a creamy and sweet taste, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea. The amount marked is for 12 flowers in a row.

Prepare all the ingredients and preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.

Heat a small amount of butter in the microwave for 20 seconds. When it becomes liquid, use a brush to brush it into the 12-piece donut mold.

Mix two eggs and caster sugar.

Beat with a whisk.

Beat until the pattern is obvious and will not disappear soon after dripping

Sift in the low-gluten flour and mix from the bottom until there is no dry flour

Pour in a little corn oil and mix well.

Place into a piping bag.

Squeeze evenly into the mold, about 80% full, and lightly stir the batter twice to make the batter even.

Place in the middle rack of the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees for about 15 minutes. The specific time and temperature should be increased or decreased as appropriate according to the actual oven temperature of different ovens.

After baking, take out the mold and gently shake it a few times to release it.
