River shrimp (cleaned).

Bacon and green onions.

Place the soaked yuba on the chopping board and cut into sections, set aside.

Wash the bacon and place it on the cutting board and cut into slices.

Then, put the sliced bacon into a pot of water and bring to a boil.

Then, add clams, yuba and river shrimp, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, stir and cook until the shrimp changes color and the clams open.
