Coriander and potato shreds
Overview
April 7, sunny. The sun shines brightly outside the window on the 12th floor, and a gentle breeze passes through my bedroom and into the living room. This is the warm sunshine of spring. On the last day of the long vacation, I stayed at home and watched "One Piece" and "Crayon Shin-chan", and then watched the sci-fi horror action and plot, and the time passed like this. I also enjoy such leisure and freedom. —— Even if I have to start work again tomorrow and have a lot of films to review, fortunately, I am just reviewing films. At noon, stir-fry coriander and potato shreds, a simple dish.

Peel and shred potatoes, soak and set aside.

Wash the coriander and cut it into sections about the same length as the shredded potatoes and set aside; slice the onion and garlic, and cut the millet and pepper into rings.

Heat oil in a cold pan, add onions, garlic, Sichuan peppercorns, millet and pepper and stir-fry.

Add the shredded potatoes and stir-fry quickly. Sprinkle some water during the process to prevent the pot from burning.

Add coriander and stir-fry until raw.

Add salt, turn off the heat, add chicken essence and stir-fry.
