Prepare raw materials as shown in the figure

Wash the king oyster mushrooms and cut into slices about 2-3 mm thick

Heat the frying pan over medium-low heat and melt the butter

Scatter each piece of king oyster mushroom into the frying pan and fry over medium heat

Fry the king oyster mushroom until both sides are golden

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper, stir-fry evenly and then remove from the pan and serve

Dilute the black pepper juice with a little water, bring to a boil, and pour it on the king oyster mushrooms! Chopped coriander for garnish
