Steps
-
Buy sea shrimps from the market (basic shrimps can also be used, but the shells of the shrimps will not be very red when fried, and the color is not as good as the sea shrimps). Wash them with clean water.
-
Put the shrimp into the pot, pour in fish sauce, 2 taels of white wine, minced garlic, crushed black pepper, white pepper, salad oil, a small amount of salt, and chicken essence. Mix the shrimp evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
-
Heat a flat-bottomed iron pan (a frying pan is also acceptable) over high heat, pour in a small amount of salad oil and when the oil smoke starts to smoke, add the marinated shrimp, turn to medium-low heat and fry until both sides are golden red.
-
When frying the shrimp, be sure to turn it on both sides and add oil while frying.
-
After frying the shrimp, place it on a plate, sprinkle with crushed black pepper, minced garlic, and drizzle with lemon juice. OK.
-
The garlic is rich in flavor and the shrimp meat is salty, sweet and fresh. Dip it in Thai sweet sauce for an exotic flavor. Pair it with white wine, love it!
