fluff marshmallow yogurt snack pack
Overview
Everything in the food circle follows suit. When I saw all my friends holding a can of fluff marshmallows for dessert, I bought a can too. Friends who know me well know that I like to make bread, and I also like to improve my own recipes. Now I use marshmallows and yogurt to make this marshmallow yogurt snack bag. Because the marshmallow is an inflated liquid semi-solid state, I relatively reduced the liquid in the recipe and only added 10 grams of sugar. The baked snack bag has a faint strawberry flavor and the sweetness is just right.

Steps
-
Get the ingredients ready.
-
Put homemade yogurt, milk, one egg, 10 grams of sugar, and 30 grams of fluff marshmallows into a mixing bowl.
-
Add 400 grams of flour and salt (leave out the butter and yeast).
-
Install the mixing tank, first turn on the first gear to mix the flour and liquid, and then turn on the second gear to knead the dough.
-
After kneading into a ball, cover with plastic wrap or a damp cloth and let it rest for about an hour.
-
After the dough has rested, you can pull out a relatively thick film by pulling off a piece of it.
-
Add softened butter and yeast.
-
, first knead the butter into the dough in the second gear, and then alternate kneading in the third and fourth gears.
-
Knead until you can pull out a relatively transparent film (it takes about 10 minutes from when the butter is put in to when the film comes out).
-
Take out the kneaded dough and divide it into 25 small pieces, each about 28 grams.
-
Roll each cake into a round shape and place it into a 28*28 baking pan, leaving a gap between each one.
-
Put it in the oven for fermentation, put a bowl of hot water inside for fermentation, take it out until it has doubled in size, and preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
-
Brush the fermented snack buns with egg wash, sprinkle with grated coconut, and place in the middle rack of the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
-
Take out the baked small meal bag and shake it for a while, let it dry until it is warm to your hands and store it in a fresh-keeping bag.
