Add flour, eggs, sugar, peanut oil (appropriate amount), add water, baking powder and flour and knead into a smooth dough, then let it rest for half an hour.

After the dough has fermented, knead it well, roll out the dough to a thickness of 1 cm, and cut the dough into even long strips of 1 cm in width.

Knead the cut noodles into round noodles and fold them in half. Hold the two noodle heads with one end of the hand. Use your index finger on the other end to go around the folded part of the noodles and then turn it in one direction and pinch it tightly.

Put the prepared twists into the warm oil pan one by one, and keep turning until the color turns golden.
