I'm bored today, so let's make some cakes. This is the third time I've made it, and I'm not very good at it yet. But it was quite successful!

Prepare the ingredients, salt, oil, sugar, eggs, and fine sugar are not enough, so add some white sugar.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and add sugar and salt

Pour warm water into the basin, place the egg basin on top, and stir quickly with a whisk.

Whip until thick and the dough drips onto the dough but does not disappear.

Then pour in the flour in three batches and stir evenly up and down without turning in circles.

Pour oil and milk into a basin, pour one-third of the batter, and stir evenly. Add to the remaining batter and fold evenly.

Pour the batter into the mold, shake it a few times to release air and prevent air bubbles

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. 160 degrees, about 50 minutes, out of the oven.
