Cover the baking pan with tin foil, arrange the quick-frozen egg tart shell, pour 80% of the egg tart liquid into it, and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Preheat the oven with the upper and lower tubes at 230 degrees for 10 minutes, put the egg tart in, bake the upper tube at 90 degrees and the lower tube at 230 degrees for 20 minutes until cooked through.
