Overview

Because I didn’t buy a mold, I could only make it into a cup cake, but the method is still the same as the chiffon cake. The ingredients can make 11 cakes of this size😊

  1. Prepare the above materials.

  2. Beat the egg yolks well, add sugar and stir well, add milk and stir well, add salad oil and stir well.

  3. Beat the egg whites.

  4. When the egg whites turn white, add 1/3 sugar and continue to beat. When the egg whites are fluffy, add 1/3 sugar and continue to beat.

  5. Add the remaining sugar and continue to beat until it forms a small peak as shown.

  6. Add the egg whites to the egg yolk batter in three batches and mix well.

  7. Put it into the mold and shake out the air bubbles.

  8. Preheat the oven at 180 for 10 minutes and bake for 30 minutes. The temperature and time in different ovens are different, so you can control it yourself.

  9. Out of the oven.

  10. Spongy.

  11. You still have to control the baking time by yourself a few times. If you succeed the first time, you will be very satisfied.
