Ingredients
Steps
-
Wash the green beans and cut into 8-10 cm lengths
-
Boil the beans in water until they turn green
-
Pick up and drain the water
-
Cut the pork into cubes
-
Add a little soy sauce, cooking wine, and salt to taste
-
Hot oil
-
Pour the drained green beans into the pot and fry (the ones eaten in the restaurant are not blanched, just fried directly. My version cannot be as crispy as the ones eaten in the restaurant, but the beans retain enough moisture, which is relatively healthy)
-
Fry the beans until the skin becomes wrinkled
-
Take out the beans
-
Chop the garlic and green onions
-
Stir-fried lean meat cubes
-
Add minced garlic and chopped green onions and saute until fragrant
-
Add the green beans and stir-fry
-
Add a little salt and chicken essence to taste
-
Load
-
Although it can’t compare with the taste eaten in restaurants outside, it tastes great and goes very well with rice
