First pour the flour into a basin, add salt and water and mix it into a dough, cover it in the basin and let it rest for a while.

Knead the risen dough a few more times, then roll it into a large dough ball. The rolling is quite ugly.

Then cut the dough into strips about one centimeter long and brush with oil. But I personally feel that you should apply oil first and then roll it out to make it easier to apply oil.

Stack the noodles one by one, cut them into three parts, roll each part into a long strip, then roll it up towards the middle, and fold it up and down when it reaches the middle

Flatten the folded dough, and be sure to press the raised edges in, otherwise they will stretch out when the pancake is fried, which will not look good.

Add oil to the pan and put the cake in it when it is 60% hot. You can test the heat by placing your hand above the pan.

After one side is set, iron the other side. Be careful not to use too much heat.

Fry repeatedly until golden brown on both sides, then take it out of the pan, fragrant and crispy.
