Shredded Chives and Potatoes

Ordinary home-cooked dishes, simple and casual, are the flavors that follow us throughout our lives. . . Mom's smell. In March, the earth recovers and there is plenty of sunshine. The first crop of leeks growing in the open ground is harvested. The fragrance of leeks is strong and it is the best time to taste.

Peel the potatoes, grate them into shreds with a coarse grater, wash them with water to remove the starch on the outside, take them out and drain them, and set aside.

Pick and wash the leeks, cut into inches and set aside.

Cut some garlic slices.

Put oil in the pot, heat it up, add peppercorns and garlic slices, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded potatoes and stir-fry.

Fry until soft, add light soy sauce, salt, and fry until raw.

Add the leek segments and stir-fry a few times until the leek changes color.

Put it on my favorite plate, with a bowl of rice or a big steamed bun.
