Blueberry Bread
Overview
Bread is one of the first choices for breakfast. I love its softness and the stringy texture with some blueberry jam on it. I love its sweetness even more. If you love it, please take it away

Steps
-
Mix water + milk + sugar + eggs and stir well
-
Add yeast and stir evenly, then add high-gluten flour and stir until the flour completely absorbs the water and knead into a dough
-
Knead until the surface of the dough is smooth and non-sticky, add butter and knead until the dough is smooth and the glove film can be pulled out
-
Let the kneaded dough rest for 10 minutes. Divide the dough into 8 60g small pieces and roll them into balls
-
Roll out the rounded dough, then roll it up into a long strip
-
Put the 2 rolled strips together in a baking pan, put them in the oven to ferment, and turn to the fermentation function to ferment. Ferment for about 1 hour until the dough doubles its original volume (Note: If the surface of the bread dries out during the fermentation process, you can spray water with a spray bottle to avoid affecting the fermentation)
-
Brush a layer of egg yolk on the surface of the fermented bread, then squeeze on the salad dressing, and then squeeze a strip of blueberry filling in the middle of the bread
-
Put it into the preheated oven and bake it at 180 degrees, then 150 degrees, and bake for 12 minutes
-
Cut the baked bread with a cake knife and serve
