Stir-fried leek with ugly eyes
Overview
Chouyan, I don’t know why this small squid-like seafood is called Chouyan by the locals. I looked left and right, and I didn’t see anything unsightly about its eyes. On the contrary, I felt that those two small eyes made this little animal more energetic. Haha, let’s do as the Romans do and call it ugly. Stir-fried ugly eyes with leeks. The fresh and tender ugly eyes and the special smell of leeks make this dish full of fresh, tender texture and flavor.
