My husband likes fried fish very much. He said that fried fish is delicious but fried is unhealthy, so I have been learning to make fried fish. I learned how to fry it many times, and now I’m sharing it with you, hehe

Clean and tidy up the bream you bought yourself

Cut into small pieces, apply a thin layer of salt one by one, then cut the ginger into thin strips and put it on the fish, then pour in the cooking wine, you can pour more.

Put oil in the pot

Frying fish requires low heat, so just put them in the pot and don't move them. It will take about 10 minutes to fry

Once fried like this, you can flip it over and fry that side

When both sides are fried, add cooking wine, salt, chili powder, and pre-cut green onions
