Ingredients
Steps
-
Dice the zucchini and chop the carrots
-
Add grated carrots, salt, Knorr Soup, a little oil and chopped green onion to the water, bring to a boil
-
While the soup is cooking, adjust the water flow from the faucet to a slow drop-by-drop state with a slight pause in the middle. Do not flow too fast, otherwise the lumps will be large, not easy to cook, and the taste will not be good. Keep using chopsticks to stir the flour in the basin below the water drops, and move the basin from time to time to avoid letting the water droplets always fall in one place. Continue to mix, there will be many lumps on the upper layer, but the lower layer will still be flour. Shake the basin gently, like sifting something. Gently push the upper knots aside. Then continue to mix the lower layer of flour into lumps
-
After the soup boils, add the diced zucchini and cook until it is about 80% cooked
-
Make the lumps and cook while stirring
-
Pour the salted and beaten eggs into the pot in batches, and then turn off the heat after condensing into egg droplets
