Spinach and Beef Toast
Overview
I love eating salty bread, and I always feel that salty bread is slightly healthier. Although I can’t eat too much salt, compared to a lot of sugar, it’s okay to eat a little salt in moderation. So my bread is always salty. The bread I made today is made with vegetables and beef, which is both delicious and nutritious. Pair it with Kewpie salad dressing. The salad dressing is paired with beef toast. It tastes great. Beef and spinach is my personal bread. Although it is not a vegetable, it is a very private way

Steps
-
Blanch the spinach in boiling water to remove the oxalic acid, squeeze out the water, put it into a food processor, then add the water needed for the bread and stir into a paste
-
Pour the mixed spinach paste into a basin, add salt and stir evenly,
-
Add high-gluten flour, egg sugar and yeast powder
-
Roughly knead the dough and adjust the softness and hardness by hand, just like normal bread dough.
-
, black pepper beef cut into small slices, cooked peanuts crushed into slightly broken pieces,
-
, put the bread machine into a dough kneading program, and after finishing the program, add softened butter
-
Continue the dough kneading process and knead the dough until it reaches the expansion stage and the film can be pulled out.
-
Pour the beef and peanuts into the bread bucket and stir for about 2 minutes
-
Stir for about 2 minutes until the beef cubes are evenly mixed.
-
Ferment at room temperature until doubled in size.
-
After exhausting and dispensing, cover with plastic wrap and let rest for 15 minutes,
-
After relaxing, roll into a long piece
-
Roll it up along one end
-
Place in bread bucket
-
No need to develop dough function, ferment at room temperature until doubled in size. Brush the surface with egg wash and sprinkle some melon seeds
-
Turn on the baking function and wait for 40 minutes. My default setting for this function is one hour. You can't bake it for that long, just 40-45 minutes.
-
Let the baked toast cool, cut into pieces, spread with Kewpie salad dressing, or dip it in salad dressing. The salad dressing and the flavor of beef taste great together.
