Pour all ingredients except butter into the bread machine and start a dough cycle.

Add the softened butter and continue to stir until it is completely combined, until the dough can stretch out into a thin film, and let it rise at room temperature until it doubles in size.

Divide the dough into 2 even portions and let rest for 15 minutes.

Roll the dough into a rectangular shape, then turn over and roll up starting from the short side.

Place into the mold and continue fermentation.

When the dough has risen to nine minutes full, cover it with a toast lid, preheat the oven to 210 degrees, and bake on the middle rack for 45 minutes.
