Fried chicken wings
Overview
Our family's diet is relatively light and we rarely cook fried food. After all, it’s summer, and I don’t have a good appetite, let alone eating greasy food. But occasionally when someone slanders you, you still have to do something to dispel the slander. After all, it is healthier than the ones bought from outside.

Wash the chicken wings and cut them with a knife. Make two cuts on both sides of the chicken wings

Marinate the chicken wings with a little salt, wine and vinegar for 2 hours

Put the fried flour into a bowl and coat both sides of the chicken wings with the fried flour

Dip everything and let it sit for a few minutes

Pour enough oil into the pot and heat it
