Stir-fried porcini mushrooms

The rainy season in Kunming is here, and when the rain stops, the fungi on the mountains emerge one by one. After being washed by the rain, they grow faster and bigger. The humid air makes you want to eat spicy food. Tender, smooth, fresh and fragrant porcini mushrooms are just right for it. It has a unique fragrance and deliciousness. Just add more garlic and some fatty roasted or bacon. It is delicious and goes well with rice!

One pound of porcini mushrooms

The smaller the bones, the better the flavor

Heat and appropriate amount of garlic

Slice the garlic into slices, cut the dried chilies into sections, clean the porcini mushrooms and cut them into slices

Pour rapeseed oil into a hot pan. When the oil is hot, stir-fry until fragrant. Remove and set aside. Add dried chili peppers and garlic slices to the pan
