Pan-fried Tongluo Cake
Overview
My friend bought some specialties, including this Tongluo Cake. Tongluo cake is a holiday cake from the mysterious ancient town of Nianbadu in the south of the Yangtze River. It has a history of thousands of years and is regarded as the god of cakes in the border areas of Zhejiang, Fujian and Jiangxi! Smooth and refreshing, blended with allspice and rich in nutrients, this product is prepared with a variety of Chinese herbal medicines using ancient methods and contains a mysterious atmosphere from the mountains! Ingredients list: glutinous rice, yam, sugar, Buddha's ear, centuries-old osmanthus, wild camellia oil, wolfberry, lotus root starch, sweet potato starch, red dates, osmanthus, etc.
