Ingredients: Kidney beans (soaked for several hours in advance).

Chicken feet (washed).

Sweet corn, ginger slices.

Wash the sweet corn, cut it on the cutting board and set aside.

Put the chicken feet into a pot of water, add some cooking wine, add ginger slices and boil for 6-7 minutes, remove and set aside.

Rinse the soaked kidney beans and put them into a pressure cooker and pour water.

Cover, bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes, then turn off the heat.

Simmer until there is no air and then open the lid.

Then, add the chopped sweet corn and blanched chicken feet, stir and bring to a boil, and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence to taste, and it's done.
