Shredded Sweet Potato
Overview
The sweet potatoes and potatoes turned out to be silky the first time I made them, but they were not completely coated with sugar. I will continue to work hard and learn how to make a beet meal for myself

Cut potatoes and sweet potatoes into cubes

Heat oil in a pot and fry for about 10 minutes. If you don’t know how to calculate doneness, you can prick it with chopsticks
