Soft corn tortillas (corn tortillas)
Overview
This year we had a good harvest of corn planted in the countryside. We ground cornmeal and spent a few minutes in the morning spreading out some small soft cakes for my family. After eating, it was very warm.

Making this is very simple, so I usually don’t measure the ratio of corn flour to white flour. It’s about 1:1 or more white flour or more corn flour. There is no standard for this, and it’s delicious when made. Add one egg, or 2 if there is a lot of flour. Add appropriate amount of sugar. Add appropriate amount of water to increase sweetness

Stir the above into a batter. Remember it must not be too thin or it will not form well. Try to stir it as smooth as possible so that it tastes better

Do not put any oil in the pot, use low heat, and slowly pour the batter directly into the pot, not too big or too thick

When the batter on top is slightly firm, use a spatula to turn it over

It's ready to serve when both sides are slightly charred. The fire should be low
