Cut garlic sprouts into sections, wash and set aside

Heat oil in pan over medium heat and stir-fry garlic sprouts. Note: The amount of oil should be more, garlic sprouts absorb oil very much

After frying for 5 minutes, add an appropriate amount of chopped pepper, salt and light soy sauce and stir-fry for another 3 minutes
