Sweet and sour pork ribs - first time making
Overview
This is my first time trying to make sweet and sour pork ribs. I also like this dish, so I plan to learn it and ask experts from all over the world for advice. Once when I ate out, I ordered a fruity pork rib, and the plate was garnished with pears and dragon fruit. So I happened to buy strawberries last night, so I also learned to garnish it with fruits. Hahaha

After washing the ribs, add salt, water starch, a little soy sauce and ginger slices, marinate for a while;

Add oil to the pan, fry the spareribs until golden brown, and remove when cooked;

Sauce: Add vinegar, sugar, brown sugar, soy sauce, starch and water into a pot to blend into a sweet and sour sauce, cook until thick

The juice starts to change color, add the pork ribs and stir-fry;

Coat the pork ribs with the sweet and sour sauce, reduce the juice over high heat, and you're ready to serve.
