My family prefers the taste and texture of old-fashioned cakes to chiffon cakes. I made them again today and still can’t get enough. Those past memories are lingering and the unforgettable taste of delicacies from the era.

Crack 4 whole eggs into a basin that is oil-free and water-free.

First beat the whole eggs into rough foam, add 1/3 of the sugar and continue beating.

Brush two molds with thin oil respectively, then pour the cake batter into the molds and knock out any air bubbles.

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, then place the baking sheet on the middle shelf and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
