Pure milk red bean paste braided toast
Overview
I used to use a bread machine to make toast, but after making it for a long time, I felt that it was no longer new. I recently bought two 450g toast molds and used this favorite bean paste toast to consecrate my new mold!

Put all ingredients except butter and red bean paste into bread machine and knead for 30 minutes. Reserve a little egg yolk liquid for later use.

Knead the dough until it expands.

Add the butter and continue kneading until the butter melts into the dough.

Place in the oven and wait for fermentation. Place a pan of boiling water in the oven to increase humidity.

Let the dough rise to 2.5 times in size.

Roll out the air.

Divide, roll into balls and let rise for 15 minutes.

Roll out a piece of dough, making one side thinner for easy rolling.

Complete 3 items in sequence.

Braid your hair.

Place 450g toast mold and wait for fermentation.

Let the dough rise again until the mold is 8 minutes full, and brush with egg yolk liquid.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, lower the rack, and bake up and down for 35 minutes. After the surface is colored, cover it with tin foil to prevent the surface from burning.

Unmould the baked toast immediately. Once warm, seal in a plastic bag and store at room temperature. Let cool before slicing and serving.
