Spicy King Mushroom
Overview
I put together a bag of Huang Feihong Spicy Peanuts and one and a half small king oyster mushrooms. On the night of the Dragon Boat Festival, when the children’s school was on holiday, I hurriedly attacked left and right after get off work, guarding a pot with one hand. It’s been a long time since I took a photo under a lamp. I used the desk lamp my son used to do his homework, so the effect was a bit off. However, I got unanimous praise from both my parents. The crispy and spicy peanuts paired with the stir-fried meaty king mushrooms felt great. But be careful, you’ll be in trouble if you eat peppercorns, haha.

Prepare ingredients.

Cut the king oyster mushroom into small cubes.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in the pot, add king mushrooms and stir-fry slowly.

Stir until the water is gone and slightly yellow.

Stir fry evenly.

Pour in an appropriate amount of spicy peanuts, as well as the Sichuan peppercorns and dried red peppers in the peanuts.
