Stone pot broad beans
Overview
I saw fresh broad beans being sold at the market. Our local broad beans have just bloomed and they haven’t picked up the beans yet! I found out that they are from Hainan, and the shelled ones cost 8 yuan per pound! I bought some to satisfy my craving!

Stock cooked with chicken rack

Peel the broad beans you bought back and peel them yourself

Rinse the peeled beans with water

Add the beans to the stock and simmer

Onion cut into strips

Put it in a pan and stir-fry until fragrant and add some salt to taste

Put the fried onions into the stone pot

Take out the broad beans simmered in the stock

Take a small pot and heat appropriate amount of salad oil

Add broad beans, fry them and take them out

Put it in a stone pot

Just sprinkle some chopped green onion and mix it when eating
