Pan-fried steak is a Western food and is super delicious when paired with red wine. Fried steak is a simple dish to make. The main ingredient is steak and the main cooking technique is frying. You can also cook a simple steak at home.

Raw cut steak defrosted naturally

Use kitchen paper to absorb surface moisture

Sprinkle both sides with black pepper and salt and marinate for 20 minutes

Heat the steak pan, add butter and melt

Add garlic cloves and fry until fragrant

Add marinated steak

Fry until color changes and turn over (about 30 seconds)

Cut the green chili into sections and fry in a frying pan before serving
