Mango Sago
Overview
Summer is here, eating a bowl of cool mango sago will make you happy. It’s mango season again, and the fresh mangoes are big and sweet, and they are green fruits grown by ourselves. Coupled with freshly squeezed coconut milk, the cool sago is such a healthy summer dessert.

Prepare ingredients: sago, mango, coconut milk, white sugar;

Boil the water and pour in the sago;

Cook the sago until translucent;

Remove the sago and put it in cold water;

Wash the pot, bring water to a boil, add cold water, sago and white sugar, and cook for another 1 minute;

Pour the cooked sago into a crisper, let cool, and refrigerate for 1 hour

Peel, core and cut the mango into pieces;

To cool sago, add iced coconut milk and mango chunks, mix well
