Overview

This bread uses the Zhongzhong method, and Zhongzhong uses home-brewed red yeast rice wine as the fermentation starter. Because red yeast rice wine contains natural red yeast rice and is red in color, the bread is also red. The cheese is also homemade and has a natural milky aroma.
