Material.

Cut one tomato into small dices and one tomato into slices.

Heat a pan, add a little cooking oil, heat it to 80% heat, add eggs and fry over low heat until both sides are golden brown, set aside.

Add the remaining oil to the diced tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes become soft (you can press the diced tomatoes with a spatula while stirring to make them soft quickly)
