Special steamed fish
Overview
Fish...my favorite...Ordinary steamed fish has limited umami flavor. Adding fresh shrimps and white clams to steam it together will enhance the umami flavor to the extreme. (The quality of white clams today is not good, so I only added shrimps.)

Tilapia and shrimp (only the shrimp meat is needed for steaming fish, and the shrimp heads are used separately for cooking soup), clean them, add salt and rub them. Then rinse with water.

Open the fish belly and use a knife to cut off the fish from the backbone to the tail. The sand shrimp goes to the head and flies in both directions.

Then arrange them as shown in the picture and steam them in a pot. After the water boils, steam them over high heat for 8-10 minutes.

Steaming fish process...Put the ginger shreds into the oil on the other side and fry over low heat until golden brown.
