Prepare ingredients: chopped celery, mashed potatoes, minced meat

Sauce: 4 tablespoons light soy sauce, 3 tablespoons sugar, 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, a little MSG, salt, cooking wine, appropriate amount of water
