Orange Butter Cake
Overview
Initially it was because my mother-in-law wanted to eat it. That’s it. Love this recipe too, the fluffy cake is the best butter cake I have ever tried. So, my mother-in-law praised this cake so much, I was so happy. Let’s try it and eat it too. m9(´∀`)

Ingredients
Steps
-
Beat the eggs over water and heat.
-
Slightly mix the butter and icing sugar with a spatula, then beat with a mixer until light and fluffy
-
Slowly add the egg liquid in 4 batches, waiting until the egg liquid is fully stirred each time before adding another amount of egg liquid.
-
Sift together the salt and all the flour, add to the whipped cream, mix slightly with a spatula, then mix evenly with a mixer at low speed.
-
Add orange zest all at once and mix evenly at low speed
-
Pour the cake batter into the mold that has been lined with non-stick paper, tap it a few times, and use a spatula to smooth the surface until the middle is lower and the two ends are higher
-
Place in preheated oven and bake at 160 degrees for 50 minutes until cooked. (After the surface of the cake forms a crust, you can use the tip of a knife to dip a line in the middle to make the surface of the cake crack neatly until it is cooked, or insert a bamboo skewer into it without bringing out any wet batter.)
