Wash and peel the carrots, add a little warm water to a blender and blend into juice.

Pour in the flour and knead the dough, knead into a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Put some more dry flour below, the dough will stick to the dry flour anyway, and roll it out into a dough.

Put some more dry noodles and roll it up starting from one side.

Use a knife to cut into the width you like.

I like to eat wide noodles, so cut them wider.

Put salt in the pot, lower the water to a boil, cook the noodles and soak them in cold water.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the tomato cubes and kohlrabi cubes and stir-fry for a few times, then pour in 2 bowls of water and tomato paste and stew. When 1 bowl of water is left, turn off the heat.

Take the noodles out of the cold water, put them into a large bowl, and pour the tomato and kohlrabi soup over it, and it's done.
