How to cook Portuguese egg tart at home

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the materials. The three eggs in the picture are because the eggs are too small, so I took one more. Two eggs are enough according to the normal egg size
-
Pour the milk into the milk pot, pour in the sugar, and heat over low heat on an induction cooker until the sugar melts
-
After the milk has cooled down, add the whole eggs. I prefer to add whole eggs, which taste better than adding only egg yolks, and the egg whites are not wasted
-
Mix well with an electric mixer
-
Add whipped cream
-
Strain twice (this step is to make the egg tarts taste smoother), strain and refrigerate for half an hour
-
Put the egg tart crust into the oven at 150 degrees Celsius and bake for 5 minutes
-
Pour the egg tart liquid into the tart crust until it is eighty full
-
Bake in the middle rack of the oven at 230 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes. When you see burnt spots on the surface of the egg tart, adjust the temperature of the lower layer to 120 degrees Celsius so that the bottom will not burn easily

It’s ready to eat. Sorry for my poor photography skills
