Overview
Sauced beef is an important dish on my family’s Chinese New Year dinner table. Just because my father is very good at cooking, the sauced beef he makes is very popular among relatives and friends. Therefore, dad will do a lot more before the Chinese New Year. After I got married, I started making soy beef on my own. It's a little different from my dad's style.
