Quickly freeze sweet corn, defrost naturally, wash and drain.

Add cornstarch and flour;

Mix thoroughly.

The fire is full of oil, so burn the pot;

When the oil is hot, pour it out, set it to medium heat, and then pour in the warm oil;

Pour in the corn and level it;

Turn the bottom of the pot until the corn husks form at the bottom;

Pour off the excess oil, turn the corn over, and fry until the bottom has a slightly crispy shell before serving. If you like it sweet, sprinkle a little sugar on the corn surface.
