Life is getting better and better, and chicken, duck, and fish are available to eat whenever you want; parents are increasingly emphasizing vegetarianism. Salad is simple and delicious, with fruits and vegetables as the main ingredients. Fruits and vegetables contain a variety of vitamins, minerals and various pigments. Mix in your favorite salad dressing, it's colorful and nutritious. Multigrain bread, cut into small pieces.

Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 160 degrees for 6 minutes.

Boil the eggs in a small pot with water, usually for about 10 minutes, and then simmer for a few minutes. Maturity is mainly based on personal preference.
